These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and baji ("baji", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the baji online gaming platform available at baji.ceo.

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where operationally feasible.
• Withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification before processing.
• Processing times for withdrawals depend on the payment method selected and may vary. baji will communicate expected timelines through the platform.

By participating in any game, you agree to abide by the rules of that specific game as displayed.

• Game outcomes in RNG-based games are determined by certified Random Number Generator software. baji does not influence or manipulate game outcomes.
• Live casino game outcomes are determined by physical results (cards, dice, wheels) operated by real dealers in studio environments and are visible in real time via HD stream.
• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software errors, or use unauthorised software tools will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances.

• baji reserves the right to void bets placed in error or as a result of a system or pricing error.

Technical faults or disconnections during gameplay do not automatically void placed bets. If a disconnection occurs after bets have been accepted and confirmed by the system, those bets remain valid and outcomes will be recorded. Any winnings owed will be credited upon reconnection.

Where an account is closed due to verified fraud or deliberate breach of these Terms, baji reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation.
